When you start an online business you will of course want the business to make you rich. However, most of the cases, the business is not making any money in the first several months while expenses are keep running. Sometimes a few hundred dollars is enough. Sometimes we need extra cash for emergency necessity. If that is the case, you will find this post interesting.I’m going to challenge myself (and you) to list several money making ideas that can bring quick cash. It may not be big cash, but it is quick and will surely be useful in emergency. I invite you to post your ideas as the comment. To be fair, here are some “regulations” for the ideas to be accepted as a quick online income. Here they are:

• The idea should be able to bring at least $1,000
• The money should be ready in 14 days. No waiting for the merchant payment cycle (affiliate) or something like that. So, ordinary affiliate programs where you have to wait 60 days (30 days for the refund time and 30 days for the merchant payment cycle) are not appropriate.
• The start up capital is only $200. No more, no less.
• You have never started any internet business before. That means you have no list, no connection to any heavy hitters of our online world, no domain name, no web hosting, etc.
• It has to be internationally available to anyone. Becoming a ClickBank merchant or ClickBank affiliate is not appropriate as ClickBank (currently) is not available internationally. If you are using PayPal, you need to assume that you are in a non-withdrawal country, which means you need to provide another way to withdraw cash from PayPal.
• You are using a dial up internet connection since broadband connection is not available to all people. So, if you are suggesting audio or video, you should take this into consideration.

Ok, here are some ideas from me.

Selling unused stuff at ebay. If you have several unused goods at your storehouse and the condition is still good, you could sell it for profit at ebay.com. You will be surprised at stuff sold at ebay. Here are the steps:

1. Check your storehouse for unused goods that are still in good condition. You may come up with several goods.
2. Go to ebay.com and create an account there. It’s free. Then, login.
3. Type in the goods (e.g. table) you have found on your storehouse and select “closed auction” option while searching.
4. You would get an idea whether the goods will be sellable or not and also the price that you could sell for. Also consider the shipping and handling cost.
5. Do step 3 and 4 for all your goods. You need less than $2 for each auction. The closing fee could be deducted from your profit.
6. Next, put auctions for your goods based on the pricing researches you have done. You could choose check, bank wire, or any other payment method that you prefer.
7. If you have run out of goods, you could go to flea market or yard sale for supplies and do another auction.

Sell your skills. You could sell your skills knowledge at elance.com. Here are the steps:

1. Go to elance.com and create a free account.
2. Browse for several request that you might be able to do.
3. Upgrade your account to the paid member. You will need to pay around $30.
4. Bid for works. You do not need to be able to finish the work in 14days. Just ask 10%-25% un-refundable down payment. This will be used to pay the elance fee and save you in the next 14 days. Then, you can finish the project after it.
5. You could repeat this process several times as long as you have the time and resources for it.

Special affiliate provider. You could use affiliate program to make quick cash. Here are the steps:

1. Type “affiliate directory” in your search engine.
2. Search for affiliate providers that have short time frame of trial, e.g. 5 days trial.
3. Type “ezine ads” in your search engine.
4. Search for ezine providers that sell advertising at affordable cost.
5. Match the affiliate provider and ezine provider industry. If they are in the same industry then you have found a match. Register yourself with the affiliate provider. Then, buy an ezine ads to put the advertising.

Special affiliate system. Here is another way to make quick cash with affiliate programs. Here are the steps:

1. Type “affiliate directory” in your search engine.
2. Search for affiliate providers that have 2 tier affiliate program.
3. Go to betterwhois.com and search the contact number of the owner. (phone is better)
4. Negotiate with the owner. Explain your situation. Ask them whether they can pay half of your affiliate commission in your 14days time. Your negotiation skill is necessary for this to work.
5. Type “ezine directory” in your search engine.
6. Search for ezine providers that are in the same industry as your kind-hearted affiliate provider.
7. Contact the owners (you might want to use BetterWhoIs.com) of the ezines.Tell them the benefit of joining the affiliate program. Also, tell them that you would write the ads for them, so that what they have to do is just click the send button to their list. This means the ezine providers will become the 1st tier affiliate and you will become 2nd tier affiliate.

Be an ezine broker. You could become an ezine broker and take money from the thin air. Here are the steps:

1. Type “ezine ads” in your search engine. Let’s call it ezine ABC.
2. Search for reasonable priced ezine. Search the solo advertising capability. You do not need to match your $200 budget for this. For example, the fee for solo ad is $300.
3. Search online companies in the same industry as the ezine provider.
4. Contact (let say) 3 companies asking them whether you want a discounted ezine placement at ezine ABC.
5. If they agree you charge the companies with a discount. Let say $200 each company. That means you have an income of $600.
6. Go to the ezine provider and bought a solo ads for $300. In the solo ads, put all 3 company ads in one page and submit it.
7. That means you have $600 income and $300 expense. A profit of $300.
