Domain name questions
Can I transfer my current domain name?
You can transfer domain name that you already registered, select the transfer domain from the order form. If you want to transfer another domain to your existing hosting with us, use the ticket supportinside your control panel to ensure the latest and quickest instruction.
After you have registered a domain name, it can not be changed. If you mis-spel your domain name, you have to purchase another domain
Do I get refund for a domain name?
No. You don't get a refund for domain names. If you cancel your hosting between the 30 days period, you are getting only the hosting refund, the domain name is for you to use.
Premium domain name or exotic domain name is a domain name with special name that is believed that it would bring more visitors and greater search engine position. For example, www.internet.com, www.forex.com, www.inter.net, etc
All exotic domain names has a premium price, hence the name premium, and normally sold in special domain auction.

You can keep the domain name. You can also transfer the domain name to different server.

What is the limit of numbers of emails send per day?
To avoid spamming by our members and maintain server load, we currently limit email sending to 1500 emails per day.
Can you move my website from my old hosting?
No, we don't provide such service. You can transfer your website by your own.
How do I transfer my website's files to here?
- Don't delete files from your former hosting.
- Copy all the files and folders to our server.
- Make sure all files and folder are in the same position.
- Change the DNS from our control panel.
- Make sure your site is running.
- Delete files from your former hosting.
- Close the account on your former hosting.
How long will my website remain online?
Your website will remain online as long as you maintain the contract with us. We have one year based contract. If you want to renew or add yourcontract, you can do so from your control panel.

How to get additional bandwidth/space/MySQL DB/Domain?
You can purchase additional features seemlessly from your control panel. Choose "upgrade service " from the left menu.
Where can I find the installed Perl modules?
From the top menu click "Statistic" then click "Server Information"
Where can I get detailed visitors statistic?
From the top menu click "Statistic", "Traffic Stats", click the icon below "stats" beside your domain, click the choosen month.
What are the languages of the control panel?
Your control panel has the multi lingual capability. The languages supported are: English, Bulgarian, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Norwegian, and Portuguese.
What languages I can use to build my website?
You can use any languages for your websites, including non-English characters, as long as it complies the Unicode convention. You can find more details at our foreign-language page.

As a member, you can get addional ebooks, softwares, scripts, etc for free each and every month for the lifetime of your membership. Periodically, we will send you emails that contains links to download them.
Where can I get free website templates?
You can create website with the Site Studio which is available in your control panel "Tools" | "Site Studio". Sometimes we will give you free templates in relevance of the lifetime bonuses. If you need other free templates you can search it from the search engine.
What do resell right, master resell right, private label resell right mean?
Resell right means you have the license to sell the product. Master resell right means you have the resell right and also you can sell the selling license. Private label right means you have master resell right and you can put your name in the product.

Why is your Alexa's ranking low?
Alexa ranking is not a realiable ranking system. When a user, with Alexa Toolbar installed in the browser's toolbar, visits a website, Alexa will give one quote to the website. Alexa then sorts all websites based on how many clicks a website has. This is not a reliable ranking system as the webmaster can visits his / her own sites many times, of course with Alexa Toolbar installed in the browser, to increase the rank. A high rank Alexa site may not be always the website with lots of visitors.
