ProvidentHost together with our data center, SupremeServer & LiquidNet Ltd, a UK company, offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
This means that if you are not satisfied with our hosting service, you can email billing@duoservers.com with the transaction information or submitting a ticket from your web hosting control panel stating so, and receive a full refund for your hosting plan within 30 days after you purchased the account.
However, all domain registrations and domain transfers are final, do not include any money-back guarantee and will be subject to a $9.95 USD/year per domain registration/transfer fee.
There are two ways for this fee to be deducted:
1. A partial refund to be paid, i.e. the total transaction minus the $9.95 USD domain fee.
2. You will be required to make a deposit of $9.95 USD for the domain fee before receiving the refund for the hosting account.
